What you’ll do

- Resolve incidents and service requests
- Support and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, VMware, and File/Print Servers
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to optimise system performance
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold SLAs/KPIs
- Participate in project delivery, on-call support and occasional travel

What you’ll bring





- Proven experience in IT Support or Desktop/Field Support roles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organised, detail-driven, and reliable, you take pride in delivering quality support
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to travel within Australia
