What You’ll Do

- Own the day-to-day performance of the Cellarbrations drive-thru

- Lead, roster, recruit and develop the bottle shop team

- Drive sales while managing gross profit targets, budgets and department performance

- Manage ordering, deliveries, stocktakes and stock control

- Keep shelves and fridges stocked, organised and ready for customers

- Maintain strong safety, compliance, presentation and service standards

What We’re Looking For

- Bottle shop,



retail or hospitality leadership experience—or a strong supervisor ready to step up

- A hands-on leadership style with clear expectations and a willingness to pitch in

- Commercial confidence across sales, budgets, gross profit and P&L; reporting

- Solid stock control, merchandising and organisational skills

- Flexibility across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays

- Current NSW RSA; Forklift Licence preferred

- You’ll also need to be comfortable safely unloading deliveries, moving cartons and handling the physical requirements of the role
