We are seeking an outstanding sales agent to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

General functions of the role include:

- Prospecting new buyers and lead nurturing to manage sales activity
- Updating CRM & online listings to accurately reflect property information
- Generating enquiry reports to track leads and quality of marketing
- Assisting with the negotiation and exchange closing of sales contracts
- Work directly for a successful, self-funded developer with a solid pipeline of current
- Utilise a full size, on site display suite with the latest sales technology to achieve results
- Earn uncapped bonuses on top of a competitive base salary
