Goodbye Positive Boy in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Customer Care Team Leader to coach and develop our growing customer care team. You’ll lead day-to-day service delivery and support staff across weekdays with a Saturday rotation.

You’ll use HubSpot and Aircall to streamline interactions, draw on data to improve processes, and ensure compassionate, consistent support for families during pets’ end‑of‑life journey.
