NK Developments is seeking experienced Concreters to join our growing construction team, working across a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects throughout Townsville.

We are looking for reliable tradespeople with solid concreting experience who take pride in their workmanship, work effectively as part of a team and can consistently deliver a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out general concreting works across residential and commercial construction projects

- Prepare sites for concrete pours, including set-out and preparation

- Assist with and complete formwork and reinforcement

- Place, screed, level and finish concrete

- Complete slabs, footings, paths, driveways and other concrete works

- Use hand tools, power tools and concreting equipment safely and efficiently

- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications

- Complete concrete finishing to required project standards

- Coordinate effectively with site supervisors, subcontractors and other trades

- Identify and communicate defects, construction issues and material requirements

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation

- Follow NK Developments' WHS procedures and site-specific safety requirements

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated experience as a Concreter

- Experience in residential and/or commercial construction

- Robust knowledge of concrete preparation, placement and finishing

- Experience with formwork and reinforcement

- Ability to screed,



level and finish concrete to a high standard

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

- Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team

- Current Construction White Card

- Current Australian driver's licence

- Reliable transport

- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

- Reliable, punctual and safety focused

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Highly Regarded

- Experience across both residential and commercial construction

- Slab and footing experience

- Formwork experience

- Steel fixing and reinforcement experience

- Experience with driveways, paths and external concrete works

- Experience with different concrete finishes

- Relevant concreting or construction qualifications

- Working at Heights, EWP or other relevant tickets
