Food Factory Production Batching and Mixing Operator

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food Factory Production Batching and Mixing Operator to join our dynamic production team. You'll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where quality, teamwork, and attention to detail are key. Current working week is Monday - Thursday long weekend every week.

Position is casual going to full time for the right person.
n
What you'll be doing
n
Accurately weigh, blend, and mix raw ingredients according to production recipes and specifications
n
Work with quality control teams to ensure product consistency
n
Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve any issues
n
Maintain detailed records of production activities, including batch information and inventory levels
n
Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working setting
n
Provide support to the production team as required to meet production targets
n
What we're looking for
n
Relevant experience in a food manufacturing or production environment,
food processing industry
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and specifications with a high degree of accuracy
n
Proficient in the use of production equipment, such as scales, mixers, and other machinery
n
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the workplace and have HACCP experience
n
Must have a driver's license and own transport.
