Who are we looking for?

n

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Utility Services Lead to join our Transport team for NSW & ACT and lead the delivery of utilities for roads and other transport infrastructure projects across NSW and ACT.

n

With a robust pipeline of work and a growing portfolio of major infrastructure projects, you'll play a key role in delivering outcomes that connect communities and support future growth.

n

You'll bring together design management, project delivery and client relationship management to drive successful outcomes for our clients and communities.

n

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

n

n
- Leading utilities delivery (power, water, stormwater, gas, telecommunications) for roads and other transport infrastructure projects
n
- Acting as a trusted advisor and key client interface, building strong, enduring relationships.
n
- Providing technical leadership across project teams and transport design activities.
n
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions,



support project planning and commercial performance, and identify opportunities for business growth.
n
- Help further strengthen the capability of our high-performing team
n

What would you bring to the team?

n

n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
n
- 5 or more years in a Utilities delivery role or similar, along with proven experience delivering roads and transport utility projects within a consulting, contractor or client-side environment.
n
- Strong technical expertise and a thorough understanding of the transport project lifecycle.
n
- Strong commercial and project management skills.
n
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
n
- Experience leading project teams and developing high-performing people.
n
- A genuine passion for mentoring and growing the capability of others.
n
