About the Opportunity

n

Based in Brisbane, the Quality Control Manager will ensure a safe, accurate and effective control of the quality of incoming and manufactured products, accordingly to specifications and defined quality standards.

n

Main Duties and Responsibilities

n

n
- Accept incoming goods and the release of manufactured products, including stopping all good if judged non-confirming
n
- Ensure the respect of Specifications, Corporate and Local Testing Methods, Procedures and Guidelines
n
- Ensure the continuous control and calibration of testing equipment
n
- Provide strong support and cooperation with the Production department
n
- Promote and implement actions to establish and maintain a secure, sustainable,



clean and
n
- Prepare all the documents and information for Internal and External Audits
n
- Supervise the QC staff and manage the workload
n
- Proactively cooperate with the relevant Corporate Departments, particularly R&D.;
n

What You Bring

n

- Previous working experience in leading QC in a manufacturing facility
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Ability to problem solve and autonomy when it comes to decision making
n
- Strong leadership skills
n
- Proven experience in conflict mediation and management
n
- Sensitivity to economy, safety and environmental sustainability.
