As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic, organised and relationship-focused Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our NSW team, with the long-term view of becoming an experienced Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong client relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

The Role

n

- Managing and developing strong client relationships.
n
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and placement of temporary and casual employees.
n
- Liaising with candidates and employees daily.
n
- Managing rosters, attendance, timesheets and workforce requirements.
n
- Responding quickly to client staffing needs.
n
- Conducting candidate screening, interviews and reference checks.
n
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
n
- Conducting regular client communication and site visits.
n
- Maintaining accurate recruitment,



compliance and employee records.
n
- Working closely with the wider Elite team to deliver outstanding service and resolve issues quickly.

- An experienced recruiter! We will not be accepting applicants who have no prior experience in labour hire.

- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.

- Confident communicating with clients, candidates and employees.
n
- Commercially minded and motivated by results.

- Proactive, positive and solutions-focused.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

- A strong team player who takes ownership and accountability.

- Experienced in recruitment, labour hire, account management or a similar customer-focused environment.
