Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Agritract in Camden, NSW. This is a permanent position, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of heavy vehicles and machinery.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of diesel-powered trucks, tractors, and other heavy equipment
n
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
n
- Ensure all equipment is kept in safe and optimal working condition
n
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, complying with NHVR requirements
n
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient operations
n

About you

n

n
- Relevant trade qualification in Diesel Mechanics or a similar field
n




- Extensive experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in the road transport or agriculture industries
n
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
