to support Students in a hands‑on training setting—while we support you to become a qualified Trainer.

Support students in practical workshop activities

Coach and guide Students to achieve milestones





Assist the Trainer with student engagement and progress

Maintain a safe, clean and organised training environment

Help ensure tools and equipment are workshop‑ready

What you’ll bring

Passion for helping others succeed

Strong communication and mentoring ability

Willingness to complete your Cert IV TAE

Basic computer skills
