This is an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Owners Corporation Manager looking to join an established Melbourne Owners Corporation business where you'll receive the training, mentoring and hands-on exposure needed to progress into an Owners Corporation Manager position.

Based in Docklands, you'll work alongside experienced industry professionals while developing your knowledge across portfolio management, committee relationships, meetings, compliance and the day-to-day operation of Owners Corporations.

With a salary of up to $85,000 Base + Super, 2 days WFH flexibility and a clear pathway towards managing your own portfolio, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career rather than simply take another administration role.

The Opportunity Working closely with an experienced Owners Corporation Manager,



you'll provide administrative and portfolio support while progressively developing the skills required to manage Owners Corporations independently. Rather than remaining in an assistant position indefinitely, the intention is to develop you into an Owners Corporation Manager as your knowledge, confidence and technical capability grow.

Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting an Owners Corporation Manager with the day-to-day management of their portfolio

Responding to correspondence from owners, committees, contractors and other stakeholders

Preparing meeting documentation, agendas, notices and minutes

Assisting with Annual General Meetings and committee meetings

Coordinating maintenance requests and contractors

Following up actions arising from meetings

Maintaining accurate portfolio and client records

Assisting with insurance, compliance and administrative matters

Supporting levy and financial administration

Liaising professionally with owners and committee members

Developing an understanding of relevant Victorian Owners Corporation legislation

Assisting with client enquiries and resolving day-to-day matters

Gradually assuming greater responsibility as your experience develops





About You This opportunity would suit someone who already has exposure to Owners Corporation Management within an Administration or Assistant level and has a desire to progress into portfolio management in the future with the right mentorship and guidance.

We're looking for someone who is:

6+ Months experience in an Owners Corporation Administration or an Assistant Owners Corporation Management position

Passionate about developing into an Owners Corporation Manager

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicating with owners, committees and stakeholders

Professional and customer-service focused

Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines

Proactive and solutions-focused

A robust written and verbal communicator

Confident using technology and property management systems

Eager to learn the technical and legislative aspects of Owners Corporation Management
