What you'll be doing As a valued member of our kitchen team, you will:

Prepare and present authentic, high-quality Asian dishes that delight our members and guests

Work closely with our chefs and front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service

Contribute ideas for menu development, seasonal specials and new offerings

Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation

Help foster a positive, supportive and qualified kitchen culture

Play a key role during busy service periods while remaining calm, focused and efficient

Ensure consistency and attention to detail in every dish that leaves the kitchen

Proven experience preparing authentic Asian cuisine

A genuine passion for food and hospitality

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a large, busy kitchen environment
