Saluti Springlake trading as The Boardwalk Pizzeria in Caroline Springs is seeking an Experienced Chef with Italian cuisine background. You will play a vital role in the restaurant’ success by delivering high quality dishes to our guests, maintaining high and consistent food standards, and demonstrating your ability to work independently within a team. The right candidate will work with the Kitchen team, and must be able to work on weekends and nights, on Full Time basis. A suitable candidate would also have: minimum 2 years of experience fully qualified as a Chef a positive attitude with proactive manner and passionate knowledge of Italian cuisine able to work under pressure on busy nights leadership and valuable communication skills Your tasks and responsibilities would include: maintaining highest attention to detail at all stages of the cooking process. provide excellence in food preparation standards, quality, and presentation of final product. assist head chef with menu development. supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff in accordance with standard operating procedures. maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation.
