AAV4x4 is looking for a bubbly, personable and motivated Salesperson to join our team.

n

We specialise in 4WD trucks and truck accessories, helping customers create capable, purpose-built vehicles for work, travel, touring and adventure.

n

You don't need to know everything about trucks and accessories from day one. If you have the interest, enthusiasm and the right attitude, we can teach you the product knowledge.

n

The Role

n

You'll be dealing directly with customers throughout the sales process, from their first enquiry through to their truck being built and delivered.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Responding to customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email
n
- Understanding what customers want from their truck and helping them choose the right products
n
- Preparing quotes and following up leads
n
- Selling 4WD trucks and accessories
n
- Placing orders and coordinating jobs with the workshop
n
- Managing customer orders and keeping customers updated
n
- Preparing invoices and completing general sales administration
n
- Building strong relationships with customers
n
- Working with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through to completion
n
- Representing AAV4x4 at up to 10 shows and events throughout the year
n
- Attending shows will involve some weekend work
n

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

- Bubbly, outgoing and personable
n
- Naturally confident and comfortable talking to customers
n
- Interested in 4WD trucks, accessories, travel and adventure
n
- A good listener who can understand what a customer is looking for
n
- Confident with written and spoken communication
n
- Comfortable using computers and everyday sales software
n
- Organised and able to manage multiple customers and orders
n
- Motivated by sales and achieving results
n
- Reliable, enthusiastic and a great team player
n
- Willing to learn and get stuck in
n

You don't need to be a truck expert.

n

Maybe you already know your way around a 4WD truck and can talk suspension, canopies, bull bars and touring setups all day.

n

Or maybe you just love trucks and want to learn.

n

Either way, we're interested in meeting you.

n

We can teach you the technical and product knowledge. What we can't teach is personality, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in what we do.
