Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

About the Role:
n
Territory: MCCRAE and surrounds
n
Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)
n
Availability: Monday and Wednesday availability is essential; flexibility for Tuesday, Thursday and Friday is highly regarded.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
n
- Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
n
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
n
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
n
n
Successful candidate will have:
n
n
- Previous experience in Planogram/layouts in grocery/retail workplace is highly desirable
n
- Strong friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
n
- Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
n
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
n
