We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Brisbane team and take ownership of the day‐to‐day operation. What you'll be doing

- Lead and support drivers and operational staff.

- Coordinate daily transport schedules, vehicles, and resources.

- Keep deliveries and collections running on time.
n
- Solve operational issues quickly and effectively.
n
- Monitor performance, productivity, and service levels.
n
- Promote a strong safety and compliance culture.
n
- Work closely with customers, warehouse teams, and management.
n
- Support team training, toolbox meetings, and ongoing development.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve the way we operate.

- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within transport, logistics, or distribution.
