About the Opportunity

As we secure new project awards across our Queensland infrastructure pipeline, we are building a talent capability of experienced project controls, quality and planning professionals ready to mobilise. With several projects already underway and in the pipeline, we have opportunities North and South across the Brisbane region. You will support project delivery through scheduling, cost control, reporting, risk or quality management, depending on the position and level.

Key accountabilities for the position will be:
- Lead or support project controls, scheduling or quality processes, depending on role level
- Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts and progress reports
- Monitor cost, program and quality performance against plan
- Support risk identification, change control and corrective actions
- Coordinate with site, commercial and delivery teams on program and quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation

What capability and experience will you need to have:
- Demonstrated experience in project controls, scheduling, planning or quality roles
- Experience within civil, rail or major infrastructure delivery highly regarded
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder relationships
