We specialise in the design, supply and installation of aluminium curtain walls, window walls, door systems, and related decorative aluminium and stainless-steel components. We are looking for a Project Coordinator and an experienced Project Manager to be part of our growing Sydney-based team. These roles will oversee façade projects from early design coordination through to final installation, offering exposure to a range of commercial developments.

Project Coordinator key responsibilities:

- Reviewing engineering documents and ensuring design compliance

- Managing materials ordering, tracking, and records

- Overseeing sample submissions and approvals

- Liaising with local and international suppliers and consultants

- Managing subcontractors and in office installation

- Supervising deliveries, quality checks and defects reporting

- Monitoring project schedules and ensuring regulatory compliance

- Supporting on-site teams with installation guideline and QA

The required skills and experience for this role will include:

- A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction





- Good understanding of Australian Standards and façade design systems

- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin

Project Manager key responsibilities:

- Manage façade project scope, timelines and budgets

- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams across all project stages

- Liaise with builders, architects, engineers and consultants to resolve technical and onsite challenges

- Oversee procurement of façade materials, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost control

- Coordinate design reviews and ensure alignment with project goals and compliance with specifications

- Ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards

- Supervise installation progress, coordinate defect resolution

- Maintain communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing project risks

The required skills and experience for this role will include:

- Proven background in managing façade/curtain walls/ aluminium /glazing facades projects

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in façade or construction project management

- Strong understanding of full project management cycle, including design coordination, programming, budgeting, contracts, site management and compliance

- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
