We’re looking for a hands-on Factory Foreman to join our team. This is a casual position with full time hours, suited to someone who can lead from the front and isn’t afraid to get stuck into the work.
The role will involve
- Supervising the day-to-day running of the factory
- Fabricating aluminium windows, doors, shopfronts & other glazing products
- Organising jobs and keeping production moving
- Reading plans and job specifications
- Quality control and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
- Working alongside the team and helping where needed
- Keeping the factory organised, clean and running efficiently
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in aluminium fabrication
- Can confidently read plans
- Has good attention to detail
- Can lead a small team and keep things on track
- Takes pride in their work
- Has a good work ethic and can work independently
- Has experience in a supervisory/leading hand role (preferred)
This is a hands-on position — we need someone who can fabricate as well as supervise. Based in Gympie, Good rates for the right person ,Full-time hours on a casual basis. Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
