Coral Future Care is seeking, experienced female disability support workers to provide support in the Chermside area.

Key Responsibilities

· Assisting with daily living activities including household tasks, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

· Supporting medication administration and management

· Facilitating community access, appointments, and social participation

· Promoting participant choice, independence, dignity, and inclusion

· Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting requirements

· Building positive, professional relationships with participants and their support networks

Shifts Available

· Available for shifts 7 days a week. Morning and evening shifts available





· Set rostering options available subject to compatibility

You will have:

You are a dedicated support worker who understands the importance of person-centred care and enjoys making a genuine difference in the lives of others and are committed to providing consistent and reliable support.

You will have:

· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

· Current Working with Children Screening Clearance

· Certificate III/IV in Disability or relevant healthcare qualification (or working towards)

· A minimum of 2 years' experience working in Disability

· First Aid & CPR certification

· QLD Driver's licence and reliable vehicle & comprehensive insurance

· Genuine commitment to person-centred care

· Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends

· NDIS Worker Orientation

· Infection Control

· Medication management
