n $105k - $115k + super + car allowance + commission

n As we scale nationally, we need someone to lead our Victorian field sales team and make sure Casa keeps winning on the ground.
n The Role
n Reporting to the Victorian State Manager, you'll own the end-to-end performance of our VIC field sales team, leading and coaching Business Development Managers across both on-premise and off-premise accounts.
n This is a hands-on role. You're the critical link between state strategy and what actually happens in-trade. You'll live in the field with your team, build their selling capability, and make sure the numbers get hit, volume, distribution, and customer outcomes.
n What you'll be doing
n
- n
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of BDMs across hybrid on- and off-premise accountsn
- Getting out in the field, ride-alongs and in-market coaching to sharpen selling, call execution and customer relationshipsn
- Owning team performance end to end: clear expectations, quick course-correction, and tackling underperformance early and directlyn
- Running structured 1:1s, pipeline reviews and performance conversations that hold the team accountable to KPIs and behavioursn
- Delivering the Victorian state sales plan across volume, distribution and revenue for both channelsn
- Partnering with the State Manager to turn strategy into territory- and account-level executionn
- Chasing new business across independents and group accounts, and supporting the team on trading terms, promos and rangen
- Building strong relationships with key customers, distributors and channel partners, and keeping brand standards sharp in-traden
- Tracking and reporting team and individual KPIs, reading the sales data, and managing team budget, travel and resourcingn
- Recruiting,
onboarding and inducting new BDMs as the team growsn
n About you
n
- n
- 3-5+ years in a field sales role, ideally in liquor, FMCG or a related fast-moving sectorn
- Proven experience coaching and managing a team of field-based repsn
- Experience across both on-premise and off-premise channels highly regardedn
- A track record of hitting sales and distribution targets in a competitive marketn
- Strong people leader, you build capability and hold a team accountable while keeping the team culture tightn
- Commercially astute, with sound judgement in negotiation and customer managementConfident with CRM and sales reporting tools to track performance and make callsn
- Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable running your own patch with a lot of autonomyn
- You’ll also need a current Australian driver's licence, the willingness to travel across Victoria (including the occasional overnight), and an RSA (or the willingness to get one).n
