About the Role

We require a field service technician to join our expanding service team. You will service, fault-find and repair a wide range of mechanical, battery, and mains (plug and cord) operated cleaning equipment.

Main Duties:

- to undertake periodical servicing of commercial cleaning equipment;
- to fault-find and repair machinery;
- to undertake testing and tagging of equipment;
- to train operators in the correct use and maintenance of machinery.

Skills & Experience:



To be considered for this position you will ideally have the following:

- a full manual driving licence;
- a restricted electrical licence or previous experience in a similar role (preferred); Or some experience of mechanical motors or small engines (preferred)
- excellent customer service skills;
- a positive and mature attitude;
- a willingness to learn new skills;
- the capacity to work alone and as part of a tight-knit team;
- reliable and good organisational skills;
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full work rights.

Benefits & Working Conditions

- standard working week is Monday to Friday (40 hours per week);
- a company vehicle, mobile and full training will be provided.
- rotating roster every 4 weeks for after hours and weekend call-outs (for which overtime is paid);
- overtime paid above 40 hours per week.
