THE ROLE
We are recruiting a 2/1 FIFO Contracts Administrator to join our project team at our FRP Infrastructure/ Tunnel lining scope in NSW.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and as part of a wider Commercial team, this role will be responsible for all aspects of Contracts Administration, including head contract management as well as bill of quantities and claims management for the project.
The scope of works includes large scale self-perform FRP (Form Reo Pour) as well as underground tunnel lining infrastructure.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commerce, Law, Construction Management or Civil Engineering - A must
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position with a Civil Contractor,
preferably on Concrete or Formwork civil projects.
- Experience with a self-perform civil contractor – Highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and administer contracts and subcontracts and experience with both downstream and upstream
- Solid understanding of cost control and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
