Car Sales & Finance Consultant at Rodar

We're looking for a great salesperson first. Someone brilliant with people and strong on the phone. If you've also got finance, lending or broking experience, even better. That's a genuine plus, not a requirement.

If you've hit targets somewhere (hospitality, real estate, retail, telco, gyms, recruitment, insurance, or finance/broking) keep reading. No automotive experience needed. We'll train you properly and pay for your credit accreditation if you're not already accredited.

The role





You'll look after customers from first enquiry to keys-in-hand.

Talk to warm enquiries. People who've already put their hand up, not cold lists.

Work out what car suits them, then make our dealer network compete for it.

Structure their finance across our 30+ lender panel. We'll teach you this step by step.

Handle the trade-in, paperwork and delivery.

Keep them updated the whole way, so the review at the end has your name in it.

What we're looking for

Genuinely good with people, and you like them.

Warm and confident on the phone.

You've hit a target before and can tell us the number.

Fast learner, coachable, doesn't need chasing.

Can juggle 15 customers at different stages without dropping one.

Finance, asset finance, broking or lending experience is a genuine advantage, though not essential.

Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence.
