ABOUT THE FAITH AGENCY The Faith Agency is a 23-year-old, full-service advertising agency based in Melbourne. We're a team of 11, and a rare breed: a genuinely integrated agency operating as one cohesive unit rather than a collection of siloed departments.

Business strategy, creative, media, digital and content all sit under one roof, working as one team for our clients. Now heading into our 24th year, we've partnered with well over 100 brands across FMCG, retail, automotive, healthcare, property, professional services and government.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're after a Finance Officer who already operates at the top of their game, someone who's held the keys to a business's finances before and can step straight into ours with confidence. You'll take full ownership of our reconciliations, reporting and financial systems, working two days a week and giving leadership clear, accurate visibility over where the business stands.

We want someone who can take this role and make it their own. Nothing here is set in stone, and if you can see a better way of doing something, we'd genuinely like to hear it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own manual bank reconciliations across our ANZ accounts, matching every transaction with precision
- Manage payroll through Xero, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Manage job costing, invoicing and reporting through TSS, our advertising agency management platform (Webmax and Ntuity)
- Process accounts payable and receivable, and keep supplier and client records up to date
- Prepare and reconcile regular financial reports (P&L; and BS) for the leadership team
- Report to our external tax accountant for EOFY
- Support BAS,



FBT & WorkCover preparation and general compliance requirements
- Spot discrepancies, risks and opportunities before we have to ask, and bring solutions, not just problems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Several years' experience in a finance officer, bookkeeping or accounts role, ideally including time managing the finances of a small or medium business end to end
- Genuine confidence performing manual bank and creditor reconciliations, this is essential, not something you're still building
- Strong working knowledge of Xero for payroll
- Experience with TSS (Webmax and Ntuity) or similar advertising agency management platforms is a strong advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail and the judgement to work autonomously without being managed closely
- A track record people would vouch for, we're happy to ask for references
- Comfortable working closely within a small, close-knit team
