Join our team and help support a safe and secure hospital environment! Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a highly organised and proactive Fire & Security Support Officer to provide administrative support to our Fire & Security team as well as doing security shifts. This is a permanent part-time position.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Providing rostering assistance
- Quick resolution to patient/visitor complaints
- Contractor management
- Maintenance scheduling, database updates
- Providing a high-volume of customer service




- Filing and general office duties/management

About You We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and confident working with a range of stakeholders.

You will ideally have

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Must have a security licence
- Expert computer software knowledge across the following:
- Car Park system
- Access Control management
- CCTV management
- Windows based software

- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Previous experience in healthcare, facilities, security,



compliance or maintenance administration will be highly regarded
