As A Trainer, You’ll:

- Deliver engaging, high-quality fire safety training, including Fire Warden, Fire Extinguisher and Evacuation courses.
- Deliver simulation-based first aid training where relevant to your qualifications and experience.
- Adapt your delivery style to suit different client groups, environments and locations.
- Travel to client sites throughout the Gladstone region and surrounding areas.
- Receive comprehensive onboarding, training, equipment and ongoing support from our national training team.
- Have opportunities to expand into first aid, electrical rescue, tactical medicine or mental health training where your experience and qualifications align.

You’ll Ideally Have:

- Experience delivering workplace fire safety training, including Fire Warden, Fire Extinguisher and Evacuation training.
- Relevant operational experience in fire, emergency response, industry or a related field.
- If delivering first aid training, experience as a paramedic, emergency nurse, fire EMR,



military medic or similar emergency response professional.
- Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- A professional presence and the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of participants.
- A current Police Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain them.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122), evidence of enrolment in TAE40122, or willingness to undertake this prior to employment.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle to travel to course locations.
- A laptop or similar device suitable for connecting to AV systems at client and training sites.
- Comfortable with the practical requirements of delivering training, including transporting and setting up essential training equipment.
