The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner to join our team, working directly with a leading Gold Processing Operation in Western Australia.

This is a FIFO opportunity on a 7/7 days roster, initially offered on a 3 to 6-month contract, with the potential for permanent employment for the right person.

This is an embedded site-based role, working closely with the Maintenance and Operations teams to support effective planning and execution of fixed plant maintenance activities.

The role will suit an experienced Maintenance Planner with strong fixed plant experience, who is confident working with Pronto and can contribute from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

- Developing and maintaining effective maintenance plans and schedules for fixed plant equipment

- Planning and coordinating preventative, corrective and planned maintenance activities

- Working closely with Maintenance Supervisors, trades and Operations to ensure maintenance activities are well planned and executed

- Raising, reviewing and managing work orders and maintenance requirements within Pronto

- Ensuring maintenance plans are aligned with site priorities, equipment availability and operational requirements

- Reviewing maintenance backlogs and prioritising work based on equipment criticality and operational requirements

- Ensuring required labour, materials, parts, tools and services are identified and available ahead of scheduled work

- Coordinating with stores,



procurement and maintenance teams to ensure materials and resources are available

- Supporting weekly and forward-look planning and scheduling processes

- Monitoring planned maintenance performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and equipment availability

- Maintaining accurate maintenance records, schedules and documentation

- Identifying planning constraints, risks and potential delays and taking appropriate action

- Working collaboratively with site stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with operational priorities

- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the maintenance function

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner within a mining, mineral processing

- Strong experience with fixed plant maintenance, ideally within a Gold processing

- Experience working with Pronto

- Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling and work management processes

- Experience planning preventative and corrective maintenance activities

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work effectively with Maintenance, Operations, Supply and site leadership teams

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Ability to work autonomously within an embedded site environment
