Supervisor and Maternity Relief Supervisor (2x Positions)
Reporting to the General Manager, you will have a mixture of front and back of house duties. This role is heavily focused around the responsibilities of the day-to-day operation of the Gaming Room, TAB and Keno, Bars and Functions with a strong focus on customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Day-to-day operation of the Gaming Room, TAB and Keno
- Management of Bars and Functions
- Cash Reconciliation and Secure Balance
- Give direction to Staff and prioritise Duties
About you
- Experienced Supervisor/Manager with a minimum of 2 years in hospitality, preferably in clubs or licensed venues
- Proven knowledge of Gaming operations
- Understanding of AML/CTF
- Current RSA certificate, ARCG
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
