We are a privately owned early childhood service where the people who work here genuinely matter!

We don't believe in a huge management hierarchy where educators are left feeling like they're at the bottom. We believe in working alongside each other.

Our educators have access to additional support from their management team, regular mentoring, opportunities to step away from the floor, professional development, planning time and genuine conversations about how things are going.

We don't employ casual educators to fill gaps in our team. Our team is stable!

Our educators know each other, know the children and know the families. And that matters.

We have educators who have been with us for 5, 10, 15+ years. That doesn't happen because a workplace is perfect, it happens because people feel valued enough to stay!

But we're not going to tell you we're perfect…

We have busy days.

We have challenging days.

We have moments where things don't go to plan.

We're working in early childhood - of course we do.
