We offer a classic Pub menu with both traditional pub food and more technical dishes to suit everyone's taste and budget. Located in the beachside suburb of Merewether in Newcastle, the recently renovated hotel boasts a state-of-the-art kitchen along with brand-new equipment and facilities throughout the hotel. Days off are uninterrupted, consecutive, and the same week to week. We have a great team who enjoy both the job and working alongside like-minded chefs, taking pride in ensuring that our creations are of the highest standard.
