We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on team member to take ownership of a critical part of our production process — managing ice tubs and supporting ingredient flow across our kitchen and dispatch teams.

This is an early morning role (4:30am start, Monday to Friday), ideal for someone who enjoys finishing early and having the rest of the day free.

You’ll work in a fast-paced food production environment, ensuring chilled products are properly handled, organised, and ready when needed.

You’ll work in a rapid-paced food production environment, ensuring chilled products are properly handled, organised, and ready when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Ice Tub Management (Core Focus)

- Prepare and fill ice tubs and distribute to kitchen teams

- Monitor chilling process (stirring, temperature checks, recording)

- Ensure food safety and temperature compliance

- Unpack and organise chilled sauces and ingredients

- Clean, reset, and maintain tubs

Warehouse & Ingredient Support

- Weigh and prepare ingredients for production





- Label and maintain traceability records

- Follow FIFO processes

- Pre-stage stock for kitchen and assembly teams

- Flag low stock or shortages early

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable and punctual (early start is essential)

- Comfortable working in a cold / freezer environment

- Strong attention to detail and consistency

- Physically fit for manual handling tasks

- Team player with good communication

- Experience in food production or warehouse (preferred but not essential)
