FGI Developments is seeking Skilled Labourers, Concreters & Pipelayers to join our growing team across Far North Queensland and to work on regional project sites.

n

You will support a range of civil construction works including roadworks, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks, with immediate starts available.

n

These are ongoing positions offering stability, strong team culture, and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality civil projects across Queensland.

n

Duties Include

n

n
- Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, concreting, and compaction works
n
- Supporting concrete pours, finishing, and structure placement
n
- Assisting with installation of reinforcement (steel/mesh)
n
- Operating small plant and tools (where ticketed)
n
- Spotting for machinery and maintaining site safety
n
- Reading and working from plans/drawings (where applicable)
n
- Contributing to a productive and safety-first work environment
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous pipe laying or civil labouring experience
n




- Experience working on civil construction projectsPhysically fit and capable of manual labour tasks
n
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Driver's Licence and reliable transport
n

n

Highly regarded:

n

n
- Plant tickets (Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer, Loaders, Graders, Dozers, Water Trucks)
n
- MR/HR Licence
n
- Traffic Control / Confined Space / Working at Heights
n
