Job Description

We are currently seeking Machine & Forklift Drivers to join our team based at our Carole Park Plant.

Forklift Driver:
n As a Forklift and Machine Operator you will be responsible for complying with the mobile plant site rules including daily Forklift Pre-start checklists and maintain machine line to ensure operations is not affected.
n You will hold a current valid Forklift License with at least 12 Monthsexperience and be open to the opportunity to be trained and upskilled as a Machine Operator.
n You will be open to work across a day and night shift and also be flexible to work across a rotating shift pattern.
n What the role involves:

n

n
- Loading and unloading of stock and putting stock away
n
- Forklift pre-start checklist daily
n
- Placing gluts onto packs to assist in the loading
n
- Sorting through damaged stocks
n
- High attention to details as you will be rearranging leaning stacks and auditing of stack height
n
- Ensure that quality standards are met in accordance with Product Specification
n
- Accurately record and maintain data on relevant reports/forms
n
- Collect relevant reject samples from production runs
n
- Manual handling of up to (20kgs)
n
- Be flexible and adaptable with a willingness to embrace shift work
n

- Collect relevant reject samples from production runs
n
- Manual handling of up to (20kgs)

- General housekeeping duties
n
- Be flexible and adaptable with a willingness to embrace shift work
n

What you will need:

n

n
- Hold a valid Driver's License and own vehicle
n
- Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace
n
- Be open and willing to do manual labouring around the plant as required
n
- Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal & communication skills
n
- Manufacturing & warehouse background experience highly regarded
n
- All successful candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
