West End Dental, a small and unique boutique clinic, is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant with a special aptitude for reception to join our vibrant team!

What We're Looking For:

- Casual dental assistant/receptionist to join our team with the possibility of transitioning into permnent part-time/full-time
- Expected Start Date: September
- - Minimum 1 year of experience in chairside assistance and reception, will consider less experience for the right candidate
- Knowledge with Dental Software Exact preferred but not required – we will happily provide all the training required with this
- Full working rights in Australia required - this could be a long term position
- Excellent communication skills and professional email etiquette
- Robust knowledge of infection control,



sterilisation protocols and dental knowledge required
- A friendly, energetic personality with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet patients and manage appointments
- Assist the dental team with standard chairside tasks
- Maintain clear communication with patients and staff
- Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere
