We're now looking for an experienced Functions Supervisor to join our team.

n

Working alongside the Site Manager, you'll help coordinate and deliver a variety of events across the school campus. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, organisation and hospitality experience will make a real difference.

n

Whether it's an intimate meeting, casual tea, formal dinner or major school celebration, you'll help ensure every event is well organised, beautifully presented and delivered to a high standard.

The opportunity

n

As Functions Supervisor, you'll:

n

n
- Lead event teams from setup through to service and pack-down
n
- Coordinate staff and rosters for each event
n
- Brief, support and develop the hospitality team
n
- Work with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent experiences
n
- Maintain high food, service, presentation and dietary standards
n
- Keep events running smoothly, managing operations, budgets and issues
n

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

n

You're an experienced hospitality skilled who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering great service.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience supervising hospitality teams and functions
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- Practical experience in event setup, service and pack-down
n
- A proactive, professional and team‐focused approach
n
- A Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
n
