Burberry is seeking a store supervisor in Melbourne to oversee the sales floor and ensure exceptional customer experiences consistent with the Burberry Experience. You will coach a team of sales associates, drive sales, and collaborate with specialists, stock and operations to maintain a premium service standard.
The role focuses on leading by example, delivering in-the-moment feedback, and maintaining brand standards across daily store routines. Prior retail supervisory experience is preferred.
