Gambaro Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to join our energetic team at Black Hide Queen's Wharf in Brisbane. This full-time role supports the Bar Manager in engineering the drinks menu, staff training and service of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers while upholding our high hospitality standards.

Ideally 1 year of supervisory experience, strong knowledge of cocktails and a current RSA certification are required.
