About your new job

Working in a stand-alone capacity, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Full function Accounts Payable

Full function Accounts Receivable

Bank reconciliations

Process all credit card and staff expenses

Reviewing debtor reconciliations, trial balances and ledgers

Maintain database and ensure all supplier and customer information is updated and correct

Assist with month-end closure and reporting

Assist the finance team with ongoing projects and administrative support

Any ad-hoc tasks as required within the finance team

About You





You will be an experienced accounts officer with the ability to manage creditors and debtors ledger in a stand-alone capacity. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have exposure in the following:

Previous background in a similar position with exposure in AP & AR

Experience working in a full function / end-to-end capacity

Ability to work autonomously

Knowledge of Excel

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
