Remondis is hiring a Customer Service Officer to join our team in St Mary's NSW. You will be the voice of the customer, handling queries from residents, businesses and councils, delivering solutions and ensuring they feel well looked after. You’ll resolve issues, raise work orders, assist with onboarding, and coordinate with drivers and other teams in a rapid-paced, supportive environment. Salesforce familiarity and SLA experience are beneficial.
