You will prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes, work across multiple kitchen sections, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety and hygiene. Key responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes according to restaurant standards Maintain consistency in presentation, portion control and food quality Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and ordering Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Work efficiently during busy restaurant services Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team Follow recipes, procedures and cost-control requirements About you

Experience in Italian cuisine is highly regarded Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays Robust communication and teamwork skills Reliable, hardworking and willing to develop within the business About us
