About the Role As an
Operations Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating staff and vehicle utilisation
Managing customer enquiries and day-to-day operations
Supporting HSE compliance
Coordinating off-site vehicles attending site for routine servicing or maintenance
Ensuring operational and compliance requirements are met at all times.
This is a
full-time position , generally worked Monday to Friday for eight hours per day. Some flexibility may be required from time to time, and you will also be part of a
rotating on-call roster .
The role is based at our
Koo Wee Rup depot , working closely with members of our operations team across the wider network.

Highly organised, with strong planning skills
Problem solving
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Confident with an engaging and professional telephone manner
Able to build strong working relationships
Willing to learn, be part of a team, and contribute to a growing business
