Key Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Sales Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, providing tailored product recommendations using advanced sizing software, and creating formal quotations. You will support our external engineers with technical assistance, process orders, and ensure the highest level of customer service.

In this role, you will work closely with a highly skilled team, where your technical expertise and dedication to quality service will be key in driving customer satisfaction.

What You Can Expect from HYDAC's Graduate Program:

Comprehensive Training: Participate in a structured rotation program, gaining hands‑on experience across various departments.

Technical Development:



Complete 10 internal Technical Training courses in our dedicated Training School.

Career Growth: Upon successful completion of the program (typically 2-3 years), you will be offered the opportunity to transition into an Application Engineer role, with further career progression within the company.

What We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate with a degree in

Mechatronic Engineering

or

Mechanical Engineering .

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

A passion for technology and problem‑solving in the fluid power sector.
