Aus Care Community Services is seeking a part time, permanent Clinical Engagement and Partnerships Coordinator to drive referrals and partnerships across Sydney. The role is based at the Concord office with travel across Sydney and a 9am–5pm schedule on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
You’ll own the front door, building and maintaining relationships that bring participants to us, and ensuring every referral is handled promptly and accurately by the team.
