We're seeking experienced Village Managers (Permanent Full Time) to join our dedicated remote village team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery, presentation, compliance and guest satisfaction.

About the Role
n
As Village Manager, you'll lead and support a diverse village operations team, working closely with our client and internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the site.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Building positive working relationships with clients, team members, suppliers and village residents
n
Coordinating rosters, daily workloads and team coverage to support productive village operations
n
Conducting regular site inspections and operational checks to maintain Aroha Services' standards
n
Responding to client and resident feedback promptly and professionally
n
Leading,
supporting and supervising village team members across various operational areas
n
Monitoring stock levels, coordinating procurement and working with suppliers as required
n
Promoting a strong culture of health, safety, quality and compliance across the village
n
Completing required administration, reporting and operational documentation
n
Supporting budget management and monitoring operational costs
n
Ensuring the village is consistently presented to a high standard and operates efficiently
n
Working collaboratively with Aroha Services management to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and the overall village experience
n
About You
n
5 Years Managerial Experience role within hospitality, facility management or similar industry
n
Previous people management and project management experience
n
AustralianCitizenshiporfull Australian working rights
n
Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug &alcohol; testing and police check
