About the Role

n

This is a full-time, hand-on production role suited to a chef with strong skills across pastry, baking and decorating. You'll work as part of our kitchen team to produce consistently high-quality products while maintaining the standards Jocelyn's Provisions is known for.

n

Your days will be varied and may include pastry production, baking, finishing and decorating, with opportunities to develop your skills across different areas of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Producing high-quality pastry, baked goods and cakes
n
- Cake finishing and decorating to a high standard
n
- Following recipes, methods and production schedules accurately
n
- Managing a section and team within the kitchen
n
- Maintaining consistency, presentation and product quality
n
- Working efficiently in a busy production environment
n
- Maintaining high standards of food safety,



hygiene and cleanliness
n
- Supporting the wider kitchen team to meet daily production requirements
n

About You

n

- Has professional kitchen experience, in pastry, baking and cake decorating
n
- Has a solid eye for detail and presentation
n
- Takes pride in producing quality food
n
- Can work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment
n
- Is reliable, organised and works well as part of a team
n
- Strong leadership and communication
n
- Is keen to continue developing their skills and knowledge
n

Experience in special occasion cakes, pastry production and premium bakery environments will be highly regarded.
