The person we're looking for

Experience is excellent, but character matters more to us.

n

You'll be someone who:

- Is genuinely reliable — if you say you'll be there, you're there
n
- Has excellent attention to detail
n
- Is friendly, respectful and comfortable around clients
n
- Takes pride in leaving a home properly clean
n
- Can work efficiently without cutting corners
n
- Takes responsibility when something goes wrong rather than hiding it
n
- Can follow a defined cleaning process and checklist
n
- Works well independently and alongside a small team
n
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
n

What the role involves

n

You'll be cleaning primarily residential homes across Brisbane's northside, including areas such as Albany Creek, Eatons Hill, Bridgeman Downs, Cashmere and Warner.

n

Our clients are often busy families and professionals who trust us to take one major job off their plate.

n

We don't expect perfection on day one — we'll train you.

n

What we do expect is someone who cares about doing a good job, is willing to learn and understands the importance of being someone our clients and team can rely on.
