ABOUT THE ROLE

Build a career with Vision PT, where you're guaranteed $675+ a week, from the day you start, with zero rent expenses and paid mentorship for your first 3 months. You will earn above the award wage, plus super, plus commissions!

With a proven track record of long-term client retention and impressively low turnover, you will play a pivotal role in crafting lasting transformations and effectively tangible, positive change.

Lead personalised 1:1 training sessions with eager clients, while we continue to build your database.

Conduct group training sessions, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.

Provide clients with coaching and accountability, helping them reach their goals.

You'll be paid to dedicate time to growth and develop your skills as a personal trainer.

To be successful, you will need:

Certificate IV in Fitness

n

Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR/AED certification

n

A Valid Working with Children Check (WWC)

n

Live locally to Mona Vale

n

A positive attitude and eagerness to grow and develop with us!

n

A genuine interest in understanding nutrition and macronutrients

n

Personal training experience preferred, but not required
