Feros Care is seeking an experienced Workplace Health and Safety Specialist to join the People Experience team on a hybrid basis. You will work with leaders and frontline teams to strengthen safety culture, manage risks and drive continuous improvement.

You'll lead training, investigate incidents and support safer, healthier workplaces where staff feel supported and empowered to make a difference in the lives of others.
